Hey, what's your take on Microsoft's customer support? Personally it's terrible, but what do you think of it?

I think its terrible too. I sent in my Xbox 360 to them so the RROD could be fixed, and I didn't get it back for another two months!! Way to long! For me, their customer service sucks! _____________________________________
